To simplify and expedite the process, OLDBAD only provides return services and does not offer exchanges.
➢ Return and Refund Process
• Please submit a return request through the order Q&A on the official website within three days (counting from the day after the receipt date). Do not submit requests via Instagram or Facebook.
• Requests submitted beyond the three-day limit will not be accepted.
• Returns not shipped within seven days will not be accepted.
• In Hsinchu, the first day is counted from the day after the signature, regardless of whether the buyer or someone else (e.g., administrator/family) signed for it.
• The trial period is not for testing but for appreciating the product. Keep the item in new condition, free of water, perfume, odors, makeup stains, lipstick, scratches on accessories, or shoe imprints.
• When returning, please pack the items securely, include the shipping invoice, and return any gifts or items for promotional discounts. If the order total falls below the promotion threshold after the return, relevant shipping fees and discounts will be deducted.
• For hygiene reasons, OLDBAD does not accept returns of opened, used, water-washed, or damaged original packaging.
• Return fees will be deducted from the member's shopping credit after confirming the receipt of the returned items.
By confirming the purchase, you agree to the rules of the official website. OLDBAD hopes to establish a good trading relationship with you. However, in cases of malicious ordering and returns or non-compliance with relevant regulations, OLDBAD reserves the right to delete member accounts.

• Contact customer service through the order Q&A to apply for a return ➞ Provide shipping information and reasons for return ➞ Coordinate with the logistics for item pickup (ensure complete packaging with a note indicating the order number and reason for return) ➞ After confirming the correctness, the refund will be credited to the shopping credit.
※ If personal items (non-OLDBAD products) are included in the returned package and no response is received within one month after customer service notification, they will be reimbursed directly.
※ If the returned package does not match the return details, the actual received items will be processed for return without further notice. Please pay attention to the items when processing the return.
※ Once confirmed, returns of intentionally defective items will not be accepted. Returns for items with no abnormalities will be processed first. Intentionally defective items will be returned via cash on delivery (courier fee: 80 NTD).
➢ Notes on Returns
The following situations are not eligible for returns:
• Request for a refund after three days.
• Exceeding the time limit for courier collection.
• Personal factors.
• Pre-order items.
• Intimate apparel (camisoles, swimwear, underwear, lingerie, etc.).
• Accessories (earrings).
• Items that have been washed or no longer in their original condition (residual odors, makeup, stains, etc.).
• Items not purchased from OLDBAD.
• Loose threads, minor fraying, 1-3 cm size difference, small stains, subjective color differences, sewing marks.
※ Due to their nature, intimate apparel like camisoles and bust-themed tees cannot be returned.
※ If it is confirmed that the item cannot be accepted or is not part of the return order, it will be returned to you via cash on delivery (courier fee: 80 NTD, based on the actual Hsinchu freight standards).
※ If contact cannot be made, canceled return items will be kept for only one month (starting from the return processing date). Items that exceed this period will be deemed invalid, and refunds or returns of shopping credit will not be possible. Please be aware to avoid affecting your own rights.
※ Due to the time-consuming and complex process of international refund operations for overseas parcels, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide return or exchange services for foreign members. We appreciate your understanding.
