To simplify and expedite the process, OLDBAD only offers returns and does not provide exchanges.
➢ Return Process
• Please submit your return request within 7 days (starting from the day after receipt) via the customer service Q&A section on the official website. Do not submit requests via IG or FB.
• Requests submitted after 7 days will not be processed. *OLDBAD must receive the returned product within 7 days of the product’s receipt.
• For Hsinchu delivery, the day after receipt is considered the first day, regardless of whether the recipient is the buyer (admin, family, etc.). Please make sure to take note of this.
• The appreciation period is not a trial period. Please ensure the product is in brand-new condition with no damage. It should not be washed, contain perfume, odors, makeup residue, or scratches, and should not show any signs of wear.
• When returning the product, please ensure it is properly packaged and include the packing slip. Any gifts or bonus items received must also be returned. If the total order amount does not meet the minimum for promotions after a return, the relevant shipping and discount fees will be deducted from the refund.
• Due to hygiene considerations, products that have been unpacked, used, washed, or whose original packaging is damaged cannot be returned.
• If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer will bear the shipping cost. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, which will be credited to the member's wallet after the product is confirmed to be returned in good condition.
• If the return is due to a mistake on our part, we will cover the shipping cost.
• If shopping credits or discount coupons were used for payment, these will not be refunded. Only the actual amount paid will be refunded.
• To avoid waste, if returns are made three times in a row or multiple items are returned in a single order, we will not offer future transactions. We appreciate your understanding.
By confirming your purchase, you agree to the shopping rules on the official website. We sincerely hope to establish a good relationship with you, but OLDBAD reserves the right to delete member accounts if there is malicious ordering, return requests, or failure to comply with the relevant rules.
➢ How to Return
• To request a return, contact customer service via the "Seller and Customer Communication" section in the order, and provide the following details:① Name② Phone number③ Address④ Product name to be returned⑤ Reason for return
→ Logistics will contact you for collection. Please package the product properly and include a note with the order number and reason for the return.
→ Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be issued to the member's wallet.
*If personal items (not OLDBAD products) are found inside the return package, and no reply is received within one month after customer service notification, they will be disposed of.
*If the returned package does not match the return details, the return will be processed based on the actual product received, with no further notification. Please ensure that the items match when returning.
*Once the return package is confirmed, if the product has any human-caused defects, it will not be accepted for return. Other products will be processed for return and refund first, while defective products will be contacted with the consumer and returned via cash-on-delivery (delivery fee of 80 NTD).
➢ Return Notice
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged and special conditions:
• Return requests made after seven days.
• Delivery and return beyond the time limit.
• Pre-order items.
• Intimate items (underwear, sleepwear, socks, swimsuits, all bra-inclusive products, etc.).
• Jewelry items (earrings, ear pins, necklaces, rings, bracelets, etc.).
• Products that have been washed or no longer maintain their original condition (residual smells, makeup, dirt, etc.).
• Non-OLDBAD products.
• Minor defects such as loose threads, slight thread pulls, size errors of ±1-3cm, small stains, subjective color differences, sewing marks, etc., are not considered defects.
• Discounted items (sale, promotional items, etc.).
Non-Defective Definition:
Product sizes are measured manually and may have a ±2cm error due to different batches, material, etc. This is within the normal range.
Each device (computer, phone) has varying color calibration, so slight color differences may occur. Please consider this before placing your order.
Loose threads, slight thread pulls, unbuttoned items, creases, and mixed threads are all normal occurrences.
Excess glue, residual glue, and thread loss are also considered normal.
New products may have smells from the fabric or dye, which can be eliminated after ventilation and washing (e.g., for denim items).
For denim products, there may be slight color differences due to varying washing processes, and distressing positions may differ slightly from batch to batch, which is normal.
For leather bags, color, texture, and finish may vary due to seasonal changes, dyes, and materials, which is considered normal. Minor imperfections such as small spots, scratches, or slight damage to the leather are also acceptable as long as they do not affect the function or appearance.
For shoes, minor spots, creases, abrasions, residual glue, and excess glue (approximately 2-3 cm) are normal. The color and shape of the sole may vary slightly due to batch differences. If you are very concerned, please consider this before ordering.
Please carefully check the size of silver jewelry before purchasing. Size discrepancies of 0.5-1 cm are normal due to measurement differences.
*If the product is confirmed to be non-returnable or not part of the return order, it will be sent back to you via cash-on-delivery (shipping fee of 80 NTD, based on the Hsinchu freight standard).
*If we are unable to contact you, the return item will be held for one month (starting from the return request date). After this period, the item will be considered void, and no refund or shopping credits will be issued. Please be aware to avoid any impact on your rights.
